Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for every client. You will also support online order processing and assist with daily store and eCommerce operations as needed.
This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for retail and luxury products.
Key Responsibilities
Greet, assist, and engage customers to deliver outstanding in-store and online service.
Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Process sales transactions accurately, prepare invoices, and handle payment procedures.
Support online sales channels (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Ahmed Perfumes website) by managing customer inquiries and order fulfillment.
Ensure product displays, shelves, and promotional areas are organized and visually appealing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
Assist in tracking stock levels, monitoring product availability, and coordinating with inventory teams.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or eCommerce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic sales reporting tools.
Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq) is an advantage.
Previous experience in the perfume, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
