Overview

Our client is looking for a Compliance & Continuous Improvement Lead (Operations) to join them at their HQ in Qatar on a permanent basis. Qualifications

15+ years of relevant working experience 3+ years of working experience in a similar role. (including lean methodologies) Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. Working experience in Technical Integrity such as Inspection, Integrity, Maintenance and Reliability engineering background, or Working experience in Production Integrity such as operation readiness, alarm management, PTW, plant operation, process control. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor Degree of Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering. Black belts lean six sigma or equivalent preferable.
