:Ensure the cleaning andsupplyingof guest units and the comfort of all guests as set by the procedures and standards.
Clean guest units following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards
Adhere to the establishedstandardof safety, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
Comply withFourSeasons’Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct asset forth inEmPact.
Complete work assignments from the Housekeeping Department as assigned using required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
Remove all garbage and recyclable items andplacein theappropriate binsinside the service area.
Report any damages or repairs and maintenance neededtoHousekeeping.
Report any items found in check-out units to Security and Housekeeping.
Dress in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Preferred experience in a luxury hotel inHousekeeping.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Must have full flexibility in schedule.
Able toworkweekends,holidaysand daytime.
Ability to stand forlong periodsof time.
Excellent communication skills
