Admin Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the team. The role will involve handling documentation, data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and following up on administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the team and management.
• Maintain and update physical and electronic records and files.
• Perform accurate data entry, verification, and validation.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and presentations.
• Handle emails, calls, documents, and internal requests professionally.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and administrative activities.
• Prepare and organize documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Follow up with internal departments and stakeholders on pending tasks.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Support invoice, purchase order, expense, and other administrative documentation when required.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Assist with general office coordination and administrative activities.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Escalate issues to the supervisor when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration or office support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Good data-entry and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or a multinational company is an advantage.
