Shift Supervisor - SIMOPS

About the Role

Join our dynamic offshore operations team as a Shift Supervisor, where you will lead shift activities for major expansion startup projects (NFE/NFS), ensuring operational excellence, safety, and performance across production units.

As a key frontline leader, you will oversee Panel Officers, Panel Operators, and Field Staff to ensure equipment and process flows are managed efficiently, safely, and in line with production targets.

Key Responsibilities

-Supervise daily shift operations and team performance in assigned production areas
-Monitor production equipment, ensure process control, and enforce HSE standards
-Participate in planning, commissioning, startup, and operational readiness of expansion projects
-Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime
-Ensure full compliance with safety audits, permit-to-work, and procedural adherence
-Act as the Incident Controller in emergency situations
-Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing operational procedures
-Provide shift handover briefings and prepare regular/ad hoc reports
-Identify team training needs, support development, and evaluate performance
-Ensure proper execution of system completions, walkdowns, and punch closeouts

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with relevant vocational training

Experience

• Minimum 8 years in Oil & Gas operations, preferably offshore

• Strong exposure to startup/commissioning of complex production units

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of production control systems & operational procedures

• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
