Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer accounts, handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads and new customer acquisition, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes developing and maintaining excellent communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication
Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Proven track record in sales and customer acquisition
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the Middle East market is a plus
