Join our client as a Telesales Agent in Doha, Qatar. You will engage with potential and existing clients over the phone, promoting our services and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be part of a service-oriented company that values professionalism and dedication.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell our services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
