Dixi Pharma, an expanding pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated senior Product Specialist to join our dynamic team in Qatar.

Purpose To execute brand strategies and field tactics, deliver strong sales performance, effectively manage assigned territories and accounts, and build trusted customer relationships — always placing the patient at the center of every effort.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales targets, brand KPIs, and marketing objectives.

Prepare SMART pre‑call plans and conduct post‑call evaluations to enhance performance.

Handle objections and build win–win solutions with healthcare professionals.

Develop and implement effective call plans to maximize coverage and access.

Continuously gather and share market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and market trends.

Communicate Dixi Pharma’s value proposition and build partnerships with key experts and advocates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences (required).

Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field.

Experience in one or more specialties : Gynecology, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology.

Proven success in the Qatar market with a strong performance record.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of HCPs’ needs and market dynamics.

Self‑motivated, curious, and eager to learn and grow.
