Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets, brand KPIs, and marketing objectives.
• Prepare SMART pre‑call plans and conduct post‑call evaluations to enhance performance.
• Handle objections and build win–win solutions with healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement effective call plans to maximize coverage and access.
• Continuously gather and share market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
• Communicate Dixi Pharma’s value proposition and build partnerships with key experts and advocates.
