We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician with strong hands-on experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, industrial, or marine facilities. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and ventilation systems while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in industrial and Oil & Gas facilities.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, package units, split ACs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, ventilation fans, and exhaust systems.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults and carry out necessary repairs.
Handle compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, thermostats, control panels, and refrigerant circuits.
Carry out refrigerant charging, recovery, leak detection, vacuuming, and pressure testing.
Read and interpret HVAC drawings, equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Monitor HVAC system performance and ensure proper temperature, humidity, and ventilation levels.
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures before breakdowns occur.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and spare parts used.
Work with BMS/control systems where applicable.
Ensure HVAC systems operate safely in accordance with Oil & Gas HSE requirements and site procedures.
Follow Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), toolbox talks, and site safety procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other maintenance teams during shutdowns and maintenance activities.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime.
Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC maintenance experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, LNG, refinery, offshore, marine, or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems.
Experience working with AHU, FCU, chillers, package units, split units, VRF/VRV, exhaust and ventilation systems.
