SR. TECHNICIAN (FIRE TRAINING)

الوصف الوظيفيMinimum 8 years as a Fire-Fighter in a commercial or industrial Fire-Fighter environment, civil defence force, military fire service. Completed secondary school education (12 years). Intermediate English Language (QP L5) both spoken and written. Fire Instructor or equivalent qualification. Technical skills - must be able to use broad range of modern equipment for fire fighting and rescue.
Primary Purpose
Deliver & maintain a comprehensive Fire, Rescue and Emergency Response training and development programmes for both fire division and non-fire division personnel to ensure that current and new members of staff are trained and deemed competent in accordance with the relevant codes, standards and practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as integral member of team delivering Fire & Rescue training services to stakeholders and joint ventures.
- Support Fire prevention engineering section with inspections, testing and maintenance of fixed and mobile assets.
