Retail Sales Associate (Al-Rayyan, Qatar)

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail store. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This job is suitable for men who are looking for a fast-paced and exciting career in retail.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
Provide product knowledge to customers and make recommendations based on their needs
Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions in a professional manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure a successful shopping experience for customers

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent education required

Previous experience in retail sales preferred

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary :

The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
