Retail Sales Associate (Al-Rayyan, Qatar)

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our retail store. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This job is suitable for men who are looking for a fast-paced and exciting career in retail.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
  • Provide product knowledge to customers and make recommendations based on their needs
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
  • Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a successful shopping experience for customers

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Previous experience in retail sales preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

    • Salary :

    The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
