Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Promoter for Cosmetic Products to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge cosmetic products to medical professionals and healthcare facilities throughout the region. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and medical spas in the assigned territory Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and applications of our cosmetic products Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts Provide expert advice on product usage, benefits, and latest industry trends to customers Attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory using CRM software Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all sales activities Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical or cosmetic product sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of cosmetic products and the medical aesthetics industry Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Understanding of regulatory requirements for cosmetic products in Qatar Certifications in medical aesthetics or cosmetic products (preferred) Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
