Description

The Head Barista will lead the coffee operations, manage barista staff, and ensure the preparation of high-quality coffee and beverage products. The ideal candidate is skilled, experienced, and passionate about coffee culture and customer service.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Skilled in espresso calibration, latte art, and brewing methods
  • Good knowledge of coffee beans, roasting, and drink recipes
  • Ability to train and supervise junior baristas
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and consistency in quality
  • Knowledge of café hygiene and maintenance standards
