• Skilled in espresso calibration, latte art, and brewing methods
• Good knowledge of coffee beans, roasting, and drink recipes
• Ability to train and supervise junior baristas
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and consistency in quality
• Knowledge of café hygiene and maintenance standards
