Senior BIM Coordinator

AECOM iscurrently recruiting for the role of Senior BIM Coordinator (PMC) this position is responsible for managing the implementation of BIM and Information Management on a PMC project.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate BIM processes across PMC projects ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement BIM execution plans
• Manage the creation maintenance and quality control of 3D models throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with various disciplines to resolve design conflicts and optimize building systems integration
• Conduct clash detection analyses and provide solutions to mitigate issues
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain BIM content libraries and templates
• Train and mentor junior team members on BIM best practices and software utilization
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends recommending improvements to current processes.
