About the role

The Mott MacDonald Strategy & Transformation (S&T) Practice has a market-leading position in PPP Transaction and Procurement Advisory Services across the GCC and has set challenging growth ambitions to further increase market share and diversify service offerings. The S&T Practice exists to help realise the development and investment ambitions of a wide range of developers, investors, funders, asset owners and operators, government departments and agencies in the global infrastructure finance market, with a particular focus on PPPs. We help our customers understand the nature of risk and opportunity in infrastructure development, and the sustainable value of their endeavour across the project life cycle.

We are seeking a technical advisor with experience in transaction advisory services to support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across the GCC. This role is ideal for an emerging consulting professional with an engineering / technical background and a passion for shaping public‑private partnerships that drive sustainable development. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the sector, ideally providing consulting services in infrastructure, transportation, energy or the built environment. GCC experience is preferred, however, this is not essential.

The successful candidate will join an award-winning Technical Advisory Team to support enhanced client engagement, support work winning, project delivery and to facilitate the expansion of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of technical advisory services across various sectors in the transaction advisory consulting market with a focus on PPP transaction advice to government agencies, developers and lenders in the GCC.
• Support the delivery of a portfolio of PPP Transactions across the project(s) lifecycle, including :

Business Development, Bid Preparation & Delivery
