As a Kids Club Attendant, you should be passionate and ambitious about your work. You will have the opportunity to develop your natural talents and pursue your highest potential in providing exceptional child-care services. Earning the trust of parents is a significant achievement, and we look forward to working with you to earn that trust daily and support the Entertainment & Recreation Manager. Provide a sincere and loving attitude towards children, showing patience and concern for their wellbeing, and handle any situation calmly and sensibly. Keep the play area safe and hazard-free while monitoring children consistently throughout the day. Regularly clean play equipment, games, and toys to ensure safety and attractiveness. Maintain individual records for each child, including behavior, daily activities, meals, medications, and other important details. Discuss this information with parents daily. Create daily lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate, fun, and engaging, encouraging full participation from each child. Participate in learning activities with children, such as reading, arts and crafts, music, and singing. Complete administrative tasks, including signing children in and out and recording their details and any special needs. Comply with all health, safety, and security regulations and procedures. Respond promptly and appropriately to difficult or emergency situations. Qualifications

Previous experience as a Kids Club Attendant. Excellent listening skills, with a fun and engaging personality. Caring, compassionate, and patient. Skilled in developing and leading children in fun learning activities. Good command of English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
