Overview To ensure the smooth execution of all maintenance activities (corrective and preventive), primarily focused on the water production line The role involves troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues to reduce downtime, enhance machine reliability, and support continuous production.

Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth execution of all maintenance activities (corrective and preventive), primarily focused on the water production line The role involves troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues to reduce downtime, enhance machine reliability, and support continuous production.

Support planning and prioritization of maintenance tasks related to water line and husky line

Provide technical feedback to the maintenance manager on persistent faults and improvement areas.

Assist in enforcing maintenance procedures and safety compliance in line with company standards.

Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on water line equipment (blow moulding, labeller, conveyors, filler, shrink & carton machines)

Replace faulty components such as motors, sensors, valves, and electrical wiring.

Monitor machine performance and suggest process improvements.

Report critical breakdowns.

Follow all safety procedures while working with electrical systems and rotating equipment.

Ensure daily readiness and support production during changeovers

Always follow company HSE policies and procedures.

Participate in audits, inspections, and emergency maintenance tasks when required.

Support other departments when technical expertise is needed.

Remain adaptable to shift work and plant upgrades

Other electrician responsibilities related to accommodation and facilities that may assign from time to time.
