Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries serving the entire energy value chain and the industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment process flow transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

Lead Services Specialist - General Operations Responsibilities

• Coordinating resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy
• Leading and assisting in daily operations; Developing coordinating leading and executing daily production plans and coordinating consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition.
• Developing and implement process controls.
• Supporting operations leader in the strategic planning of manpower equipment and other resources.
• Working together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level.
• Specifying needs communicating about project approach and presenting outcomes of research done.
• Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
• Handles diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.
