We are seeking an Operations Reporting & Quality Assurance Associate to join the Operations Unit.

Responsibilities

Own the operational-side review and approval of key reports generated from T24 and SAP, including daily and periodic client and operational reports.

Validate / Reconcile data between operational systems and reports to ensure accuracy of data, and identify gaps or anomalies.

Coordinate with IT teams to address data issues and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor exceptions and timely escalations related to report discrepancies or delays.

Analyze the pattern of errors and work with IT to fix the report-related issues.

Implement controls to mitigate reporting risks, including report failure, data mismatches, or delays.

Lead the operational testing and facilitate sign-off from head of the department for reports and system changes, upgrades, or new report development.

Define test scenarios, validation checkpoints, and acceptance criteria from an operations / business perspective.

Own end-to-end testing responsibility for the operations unit and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for T24, reports and other relevant systems, and serve as the operations point of contact for all operational and client reporting matters with product coordinator.

Maintain documentation, SOPs, and logs for all reporting validation and testing processes and test evidence.

Work with head of the department to identify opportunities to strengthen report quality assurance through automation and standardization.

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in business administration in Banking and Finance or equivalent.

10+ years of experience in banking operations, with a strong focus on data handling, reporting, testing and reconciliations.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, T24 (Temenos), SAP reporting engine for data validation and report review.

Ability to manage end-to-end reports / data validation and operations-side quality assurance.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally across IT, business, and sharia compliance.

Knowledge & experience of client reporting standards in banking environment is a must.

Familiarity with report testing or data validation tools, advanced level Excel formula knowledge such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, index, match and experience in Excel macros is a must.

Knowledge in basic SQL querying is a plus but not required.
