About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Electrical Engineer specializing in Roads Operations and Maintenance (O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the electrical systems of Qatar’s road infrastructure.

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for road operations and maintenance projects
• Analyze and optimize existing electrical infrastructure to improve efficiency and performance
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other road infrastructure components
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
• Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and provide timely solutions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
• Participate in project planning and budgeting processes
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in road electrical systems and recommend improvements
