Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The candidate must be experienced in pipe fitting works for chilled water systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance of piping networks and mechanical equipments. Must possess strong knowledge of MEP systems in residential and commercial buildings, along with hands‑on experience in the operation and maintenance of control panels and mechanical components. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English, the ability to read technical drawings, and a proactive approach to preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of building maintenance experience
• Expertise in chilled water piping, pumps, and valves
• Basic electrical and control panel operation knowledge
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
