What You\'ll Do
The Campaign Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across the group over several leading travel brands in the MEA region. You will work closely with stakeholders both internally (Account Strategists) and externally (some of our highest spending clients) to see campaigns through from planning stages, to post-campaign reporting and analysis of performance.
Key responsibilities :
- Provide tailored support for clients in close collaboration with Account Strategists (AS). Develop a deep understanding of the AS portfolio and contribute to account growth.
- Lead the operational setup and execution of campaigns, ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery aligned with client KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, proactively implement optimisations across budget, targeting, tactics, and creative to exceed client objectives.
- Act as the first point of contact for reporting and short-term optimisations. Join weekly client calls and QBRs, supporting the AS in delivering insights and recommendations.
- Translate data and market trends into actionable recommendations. Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth and product adoption.
- Manage the setup of ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and platform best practices.
- Oversee inventory management and deliver custom reporting. Present campaign results clearly and insightfully to clients.
- Lead the execution of new campaign launches. Respond to RFPs and forecast campaign outcomes with data-driven rationale.
- Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Product, Tech Support, AX, Creative) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, attend trainings, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process enhancements.
Who You Are
