Prepare and serve a wide variety of classic and contemporary cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and drinks according to brand standards.
- Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service to residents / guests at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all beverages, spirits, wines, and bar menu items, and confidently make recommendations to guests.
- Ensure the bar area is always clean, organized, and well-stocked, including mise en place and equipment care.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner, reporting feedback to supervisors as needed.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the bar, including inventory control and cash handling.
- Monitor and manage bar supplies, minimize waste, and assist with ordering and stocktaking.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, fire and safety regulations, and hygiene standards including HACCP.
- Upsell beverages and promote bar specials to maximize sales and revenue.
- Participate in staff meetings, departmental trainings, and ongoing product knowledge sessions.
- Stay up to date with current cocktail trends and continuously develop new recipes.
- Support the team and act as a role model, ensuring a positive and motivating work environment.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Bar Manager or Management.
