Apply designs and plans to mark out the site, including residential, retail, office, or other projects, and meet deadlines. Work as part of the site management team, liaising with architects, supervisors, and subcontractors. Responsible for site security, health and safety, and organizing materials and workforce. Serve as the main technical adviser on-site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives. Resolve unexpected technical difficulties. Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy. Ensure materials used and work performed meet specifications. Oversee the selection and requisition of materials. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the workforce involved in the project. Manage daily site activities, including reporting, budgeting, invoicing, material demand, supervising labor, and monitoring subcontractors. Desired Skills & Experience

3-5 years’ experience in False Ceiling, Partition Walls, Gypsum Works. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage the site effectively. Proven experience in finishing high-end interior designs with attention to detail. Coordination skills with all stakeholders within project timelines. Understanding of the design process and client needs. Resourcefulness and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Sound judgment, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills. Based in Qatar with a valid driving license and relevant experience. Strong computer skills. Fluent in English and Arabic. Location :
