We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our franchise outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality pizzas in accordance with the franchise standards. You will ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene in all food preparation while contributing to a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of pizzas according to the franchise recipes and standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared for daily operations.
- Manage pizza oven operations, including temperature control, timing, and baking.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and inform management of replenishment needs.
- Follow health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and kitchen assistants.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Innovate and suggest new pizza toppings or recipes as per franchise guidelines (if applicable).
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role.Knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, baking, and topping combinations.Understanding of kitchen safety and food hygiene standards.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously.Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not mandatory.Work Conditions
