Job description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to join our franchise outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality pizzas in accordance with the franchise standards. You will ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene in all food preparation while contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of pizzas according to the franchise recipes and standards.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared for daily operations.
Manage pizza oven operations, including temperature control, timing, and baking.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and inform management of replenishment needs.
Follow health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Assist in training junior kitchen staff and kitchen assistants.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Innovate and suggest new pizza toppings or recipes as per franchise guidelines (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar culinary role.

Knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, baking, and topping combinations.

Understanding of kitchen safety and food hygiene standards.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Conditions
