Responsibilities

Job Description : The Chef will be responsible for all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, recipe development, ordering ingredients, stocking inventory, training staff, ensuring quality control standards are met, and maintaining a clean work space. The Chef will also be responsible for creating dishes that meet customer satisfaction goals while keeping costs within budget. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Chef or Cook
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and recipes
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
