Overview
We are a leading company specializing in the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods, including food and beverages, cosmetics, and other non-food products. We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Supervisor to join our team in Qatar.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and supervising the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions in the Qatar market.
- Analyse customer ordering trends to forecast demand and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules.
- Research potential leads from directories, online sources, and professional connections.
- Report on all sales leads and opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives when required.
- Support the sales team in closing deals and meeting targets.
- Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly using company systems and Microsoft Excel for analysis.
- Ensure proper inventory levels in line with demand and future forecasts.
- Assist and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, open new sales channels, and establish effective marketing campaigns.
Desired Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.Minimum years of proven FMCG sales experience (Qatar market experience preferred).Strong sales track record with demonstrated results.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service orientation and ability to assess customer needs effectively.Persuasive, goal-driven, and highly motivated.Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.If you are passionate about sales, leadership, and achieving results, we want to hear from you!
