Overview The Facility Manager (FM), in cooperation with all occupants and users of a facility, is responsible for the care, custody, and protection of the assigned real property for government facilities as listed in the performance work statement. The FM shall follow the guidance of the Air Force Facility Manager Training and Handbook in completing services. The FM will work closely with other FMs, Maintenance Technicians, and Production Control Technicians to ensure mission success. Responsibilities Responsible for the care, custody, and protection of assigned facilities and equipment, including scheduling personnel, supervision, and quality control. Maintain policies and procedures, evaluate current maintenance performance. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to operation, repair, maintenance, and construction of facilities, equipment, and grounds. Provide facility services with 24 / 7 / 365 in-person coverage. Manage facility data, brief occupants on standards, conservation, safety, and cleanliness. Inspect facilities for safety and maintenance issues; recommend repairs or upgrades; manage safety and hazardous waste disposal. Enter work orders, track using CE NexGen IT (Tririga) program. Attend meetings, participate in inventories, safeguard property. Enforce safety programs per OSHA and USAF standards. Optimize space utilization, maintain training programs, and ensure accurate time reporting. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred. One-year related experience may substitute for one year of education. Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. SECRET Security Clearance. Valid U.S. Driver’s License, able to drive manual transmission. Proficiency in English, pass employment and deployment qualifications, including medical, psychological, drug tests, background checks. Complete CBRN defense training, including fit testing of protective gear. Minimum five years’ experience in building management / maintenance. Knowledge of CE NexGen IT (Tririga), supervisory experience, knowledge of DOD standards, NFPA, OSHA, HIPAA.
