We blend concept creativity with disciplined project delivery alongside clients, PMs, and fit-out partners.Role SummaryOwn the studio's end-to-end HR agenda, workforce planning, hiring, HR operations, performance & rewards, L&D, culture, and compliance, while administering and optimizing SAP Success Factors to drive clean data, fast hiring cycles, and accurate reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Success Factors OwnershipAdminister RCM (Recruiting), Onboarding, and Employee Central : requisitions, workflows, offers, onboarding tasks, position management, job / position catalogs, and employee records.Maintain RBP (Role-Based Permissions), picklists, workflows, and email templates; manage data loads and corrections.Build scheduled reports / dashboards; ensure data governance, audit readiness, and GDPR / NDAs on portfolios.Coordinate integrations with payroll / time tools; liaise with SAP support / partners for fixes and enhancements.Talent & Workforce PlanningTranslate project pipeline into quarterly headcount plans; maintain positions in SF.Recruit studio roles (Interior Designers, Architects, 3 D / CGI, FF&E, QS / Cost, PM / PMO, Site Coordination) plus a vetted freelancer bench.Drive portfolio-based screening, design tests, hiring SLAs, offers, and mobilization dates.HR Operations & ComplianceRun contracts, onboarding / probation, transfers, exits; keep HR files and HRIS data accurate.Oversee visas / work permits and compliance with Qatar labor law; manage medical insurance and benefits.Implement goals / reviews suitable for creative + delivery roles.Track utilization, bench time, overtime, and project bonus eligibility; partner with Finance on salary bands and reviews.Learning, Culture & EngagementAnalytics & GovernancePublish monthly HR dashboards (time-to-fill, acceptance rate, utilization, turnover, training hours, leave trends).Standardize SOPs across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and exits; lead internal audits.QualificationsBachelor's in HR / Business; CIPD / SHRM preferred.8-12 years HR experience, including 3+ years in design / architecture / consultancy or project-based services.3-5 years hands-on SAP Success Factors (RCM, Onboarding, Employee Central, RBP, workflows, picklists, data loads).Solid knowledge of Qatar labor law and visa processing.Excellent stakeholder management and communication (English required; Arabic is a plus).Core CompetenciesTalent Strategy & Workforce Planning
