Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Spa Attendant to join our luxurious spa facility in Swissotel Corniche Park Towers, Qatar. As a Spa Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a serene and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with personalized attention and anticipating their needs
- Escort guests to appropriate facilities and offer tours of the spa as required
- Assist guests with spa-related information and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and relaxation areas
- Prepare treatment rooms according to specified guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Act as a host in locker rooms and relaxation areas, ensuring guests find their treatments and are served refreshments
- Consistently engage with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
- Stock and organize spa amenities, toiletries, and supplies
- Collaborate with spa therapists and other team members to provide a seamless guest experience
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferredCPR and First Aid certification preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem‑solving abilitiesDetail‑oriented with a focus on cleanliness and hygienePhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning dutiesKnowledge of spa treatments and servicesAbility to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs at all timesHighly responsible and reliableCustomer‑focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional serviceEmpathetic and attentive to guests' comfort and well‑beingFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysProficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusOur Commitment To Diversity & Inclusion
