Information Technology Project Coordinator
Job Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support and manage banking-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, product launches, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and senior management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Management & Execution
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of banking projects aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
Resource Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to allocate resources efficiently.Ensure availability of necessary tools and personnel to meet project requirements.Budget & Financial Tracking
Support in monitoring project budgets and tracking expenses.Ensure financial compliance and prevent cost overruns.Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a central point of contact between project teams, department heads, senior management, and clients.Provide consistent updates on project progress, issues, and risks.Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all project activities adhere to banking regulations (e.g., data protection, risk management).Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.Process & Quality Management
Support the implementation of tools and processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and resolve discrepancies when needed.Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation (e.g., plans, schedules, reports).Ensure documentation meets internal audit and compliance standards.Training & Support
Assist in training team members and end-users on newly implemented systems or processes.In-depth understanding of banking operations, compliance, and financial regulations.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, EPM).High level of discretion when dealing with confidential financial information.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Intelligence Operations Integrator (OCONUS)
