Job Requirements :

At least 4 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality or retail industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong leadership and attention to detail.

Organizational skills and computer literacy.

Problem-solving abilities and good interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Commitment to customer service excellence.

Duties :

Lead and manage the team, overseeing daily operations.

Delegate tasks and ensure completion according to company standards.

Train staff on new processes and monitor performance.

Provide feedback and motivation to staff.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure customer service standards are met.
