HR Specialist Job Posting :

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 QAR per month.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruiting plans to source qualified candidates

Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team

Prepare job descriptions, job postings, and other documentation related to recruitment

Maintain relationships with external recruiters and other vendors

Source potential candidates through various methods such as job postings, referrals, networking sites etc.

Conduct background checks on potential employees prior to onboarding

Manage onboarding process including employee orientations and training

Track employee performance and attendance records

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

At least 4 years of experience in human resources management

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
