Manager, Structured Finance and Syndication

A well-established family-owned real estate development company based in Qatar with expanding operations across the GCC region, particularly in Dubai, and a strong foundation and ambitious growth plans, are seeking a visionary leader to build and lead our new property development division. The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Executive to essentially build a business from the ground up while having the support and resources of an established company. You will have full authority to create the organizational structure, develop business strategies, and lead the expansion of our real estate portfolio across multiple markets. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments while understanding the dynamics of doing business in Qatar and the GCC region. The successful candidate will be flexible, results-driven, and ready to hit the ground running with creative strategies for our existing and planned properties. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for selling / leasing existing properties and developing new ones Property Development & Management : Oversee the entire property development process, from planning to delivery Sales & Marketing : Create innovative sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing approaches tailored to different markets Business Growth : Identify new market opportunities and develop proposals for expansion into additional GCC markets Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, analyze ROI, develop pricing strategies, and ensure profitability Team Building : Build and lead a high-performing team, with full authority to establish the organizational structure Client Relations : Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including potential buyers, tenants, and partners Market Intelligence : Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Proven experience in a senior leadership role (COO, MD, or similar) within real estate development, with a comprehensive understanding of sales, marketing, and asset management Extensive experience managing property development projects in line with market standards and regional regulations Strong background in developing sales and marketing strategies for real estate properties In-depth knowledge of GCC real estate markets, particularly Qatar and Dubai Strategic thinking with practical implementation skills Strong financial acumen with experience in developing budgets and analyzing ROI Arabic language skills (beneficial but not required) Competitive salary package of up to QAR 60,000 with performance-based incentives Package includes accommodation and transportation, medical, and travel tickets Potential for long-term growth as the business unit expands Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Keller Executive Search and our clients are committed to providing equal employment opportunities in Qatar.
