Job Summary

The Facility Maintenance Planner is a hybrid role that bridges facilities management, procurement, and maintenance planning. The role’s primary responsibility is to ensure facility maintenance activities are properly planned, documented, executed, and supported by timely procurement of goods and services. This position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to work cross‑functionally, and a proactive approach to keeping the facility operating efficiently, safely, and cost‑effectively.

Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Source, negotiate, and purchase facility‑related goods and services (equipment, spare parts, consumables, tools, etc.).
• Onboard, manage, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Review and manage contracts, service agreements, renewals, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, U.S. government regulations, and local Qatari regulations.
