Primary Purpose of the Job
Ensure implementation of the QatarEnergy HSE management system by providing HSE advice and support for all Marine and Logistics department, and ensure that all significant hazards arising from operation, Logistics, and project activities are well identified and controlled to enable QatarEnergy management to achieve strategic HSE objectives. Required Experience and Skills
Skills
Ability to write technical reports. Leadership, command, and control. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Communication and Negotiation (oral & writing). Computer program knowledge and usage. Experience Over 13 years experience in the HSE field including 5 years of marine operation and 8 years of “hands-on” experience in Oil and Gas (offshore) or Petrochemical industry. Educational Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science discipline. Holder of HSE training certifications from internationally recognized institutions (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO or equivalent).
