Our luxury resort in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a seasonal basis. As an Indian national, you will feel right at home with our team of diverse individuals, all dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our resort's culinary operations. This includes menu planning, food preparation and presentation, ordering and inventory management, as well as ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities : - Develop creative and innovative menus that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary requirements of our guests. - Recruit, train, supervise and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations in all kitchen areas. - Monitor food production costs and maintain budgetary control while maintaining high quality standards. - Maintain knowledge of current food trends and incorporate them into menu offerings. - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen. - Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure they are well-maintained. - Collaborate with other departments such as Food & Beverage, Events and Banquets to ensure seamless coordination in providing exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements : - Minimum 5 years' experience working as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting. - Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine is essential; knowledge of other international cuisines is an advantage. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. - Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Flexibility to work long hours including weekends and holidays as per business demands.
