Track and follow up on applications submitted to government entities.
Schedule appointments and maintain logs of government interactions.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to government relations.
Support Government Relations Officer / Specialist with documentation and logistics.
Ensure timely renewals of licenses, permits, and employee documents.
Maintain databases of government-related activities and deadlines.
Skills Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Experience with Qatar’s government portals (Hukoomi, Metrash, Kawader).
Proficiency in MS Office and document management.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
