We are looking for a talented and versatile professional to join our team in a dual role as an Accountant and Draftsman. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both our financial stability and the creative process that brings our designs to life.

Valid Qatar Driving License is nessessary.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field for the Accountant role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of financial regulations.
• Professional certification, such as CPA for the Accountant role, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Drafting, Design, or related field for the Draftsman role.
• Proficiency in Sketchup software, AutoCAD or similar
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Accountant Responsibilities :

1.Financial Record Keeping :  Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2.Financial Reporting :  Prepare financial statements, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and assist with budget forecasts.

3.Financial Analysis :  Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide recommendations for financial decision-making.

4.Audit Support :  Assist with financial audits, liaise with auditors, and provide required documentation.

5.Expense Management :  Monitor and control company expenses, including tracking and reconciling transactions.

Draftsman Responsibilities :

1.Drafting and Design :  Create detailed technical drawings and plans, including architectural and structural designs, using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.

2.Collaboration :  Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.

3.Quality Assurance :  Ensure the accuracy and adherence to design specifications and standards.

4.Documentation :  Maintain comprehensive records of all design drawings and revisions.
