About the job Head - Business Development
Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local, regional, and international markets. Develop and maintain relationships with regional partners, buyers, and sellers. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Attend conferences and exhibitions to develop new business relationships. Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales. Manufacturing / steel industry experience is preferred. Strong business development and sales experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and lead teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with the steel industry and market trends.
