IT Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. As an IT Coordinator you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our organizations IT infrastructure providing technical support and ensuring smooth operations of our systems. Provide firstlevel technical support to endusers troubleshooting hardware and software issues Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect organizational data Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery operations Manage user accounts permissions and access rights Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and best practices Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or coordination role Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks hardware and software systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection measures Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Customerfocused approach to providing IT support Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Additional Information :
