Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, software, and current industry trends. Excellent communication and instructional skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are highly desirable. Ability to engage and motivate students in both classroom and virtual settings. We are seeking an experienced IT Instructor to deliver high-quality training to students and professionals in various IT disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, a strong technical background, and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver IT training courses, covering areas such as networking, cybersecurity, software development, and IT support.
- Create instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
- Evaluate students’ performance through assessments and provide feedback to ensure their progress.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry to enhance course content.
- Customize training programs based on individual or organizational needs.
- Provide hands-on training and support to ensure students gain practical skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to align training with business needs.
