Front Desk Receptionist vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar

Receptionist - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a reputable company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities : - Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office - Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls - Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone / email - Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable - Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk - Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock - Update calendars and schedule meetings / appointments - Perform other clerical / administrative tasks as needed

Requirements : - Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers) - Professional attitude with excellent communication abilities (verbal and written) - Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus - Indian nationality preferred
