House Manager for Indian Household in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth running of our Indian household in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As the House Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the household, ensuring that everything is running efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities : - Oversee and manage all domestic staff, including housekeepers, cooks, nannies, and drivers - Create schedules and assign tasks to staff to ensure all duties are completed on time - Maintain the household budget and handle all financial transactions related to the household - Plan and organize events and dinner parties hosted at the residence - Handle all household maintenance needs and coordinate with contractors when necessary - Keep track of household supplies and groceries, making purchases as needed - Manage household calendars including appointments, travel arrangements, and special events - Ensure that the residence is always kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained - Run errands as needed

Requirements : - Must be an Indian national residing in Qatar (preferably in Ar-Ruwais) - Minimum of 5 years experience as a House Manager or similar role in a high-end household - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Strong communication skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage) - Knowledge of basic accounting principles for household budget management - Familiarity with cultural customs of an Indian family - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Must have a valid driver's license

This is a full-time position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday. As this is a live-out position, accommodation will not be provided. We offer competitive salary package based on experience.
