House manager

House Manager Vacancy in Al-Rayyan, Qatar We are currently hiring an experienced and efficient Indian House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residence in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing household staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities :

Manage and supervise household staff, including cleaners, cooks, and drivers.

Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the employer's standards.

Plan and coordinate daily schedules for staff.

Maintain inventory of household supplies and groceries.

Oversee meal planning and preparation, considering dietary restrictions.

Coordinate with vendors for household repairs or maintenance.

Manage household budget and expenses.

Oversee laundry services for the family.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the residence.

Organize events or parties as per employer’s request.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience as a House Manager or similar role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques and household management procedures.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.

Proficient in English with good communication skills.

Indian nationality with a valid residency visa in Qatar.
