Senior Architect - Fit Out

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect specializing in a Fit Out project to join our dynamic team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our architectural firm you will lead and oversee fit-out projects for commercial and residential spaces ensuring high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and adhere to local regulations.

• Lead the design and execution of fit-out projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with clients contractors and internal teams to develop innovative and functional design solutions
• Manage and mentor junior architects and design teams
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards timelines and budget constraints
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction to ensure design integrity
• Prepare and present design proposals drawings and specifications to clients and stakeholders
• Stay updated on local building codes regulations and sustainable design practices
• Develop and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals
• Contribute to business development efforts and participate in client pitches
